Shipping
All orders are shipped from the United States. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future. Sign up for our drop list to be the first to know.
Returns
Because every item we sell is one-of-a-kind vintage, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wornbetter.shop with photos and we will make it right.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a refund or replacement where possible.
Order Issues
Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@wornbetter.shop. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
